Well, it's been a while since I've written about anything in Tips & Tricks. Could it be that I've exhausted all my secrets and techniques? Possibly. And then there's the fact that I've been nose deep in making photographs of beautiful people :P

For all of you photographers out there...my friends over at Boutwell Studio have made available some of the photoshop actions they use on their wedding and portrait photography. Appropriately named, Totally Rad! Action Mix is just that. I just picked them up the other day and my personal customization of some of them are fitting quite nicely into my post production workflow. Very cool stuff...it's criminal how good these are.

Tip #10: With great action comes great responsibility. Use actions for good...not evil. Just because you have them doesn't mean you should. Pre-visualize the final image in your mind's eye before you even snap the shutter...then use actions to get you there.
