Sheesh! Show me your secrets dude.

I absolutely LOVE the groosmen shot and how you made the shadow line across the bodies COOL--other photographers woulda found better light.

Love that.

Erik - Thanks bro...I love that grandmother's expression. Stone cold. My Taiwanese grandmother is the same way though, all the meotion is on the inside.

David - Thanks for dropping a line again buddy! It was good meeting you last week in Saint Diego...which I'm pretty sure means "whale's vagina". And yes, you can be me when you grow up...but I don't know if you'd really want to be ;)

Jamie - Secrets? Not really sure if I have any...just trying to implement techniques and ideas that I've learned at some of the workshops I've attended. That groomsmen shot was made because I saw that hard light...it drew me to it and the light determined the location on that one. Sometimes that is the way it is, like with the groom portrait by himself. I like that kind of thing at times.

Serena - Nailing the exposure...I think I am finally getting the hang of that ;)

Aaron - Man, if I remembered you lived in San Diego I would have loved to gotten together for lunch bro!

Cesar - Thanks my man! It WAS a fun wedding with genuine emotions and plenty of time for portraits.

So it was YOU! Heheh.. I was actually the other photographer who was shooting there, and I remembered this group and I was thinking.. "I wonder if I know them" And it turns out to be you and Sara (whom I really DON'T know, but I follow blogs). Anyway, that's awesome! :D It was really cool seeing you guys work! Love them all!

Melissa - Yeah next time I'll make a bigger blog post about me going to CA ;)

Susan - Wow! You should have come up and said hello if you had a chance. I was so oblivious to everything else except the couple that day that I probably was in your proximity and didn't even realize it!

lol Fred! I would've actually come up to say hi, but I was photographing my own couple that day in downtown near you guys. Besides, I'm way too shy :)

You know how I feel! Thank you again! I had such a great time with you that day and so did everyone else! There is nothing quite like shooting a killer wedding with a great friend. So fun to see the day through your eyes also!
